Listed below are the data management fixes that was completed on October 7, 2011:

SPR #ProblemAwards/IDVs Fixed
FPDSHD-64205 The value ‘BSDF’ will be removed from Contracts for the below data elements
  • National Interest Action Code
  • Commercial Item Test Program
  • Local Area Set Aside
 Around 426,000 updates
FPDSHD-72202, 83129, 86488 For Awards where “PSC code” starts with 89, “Place of Manufacture” will be updated to ‘Not a manufactured end product’ if it is not already.
  • The IDV GS14F0035K (FN01) novation was finalized.
  • The vendor was updated on all subsequent IDV modifications and all reference IDVs.
  • 300,000 awards updated with the new vendor which includes the awards that was referencing IDV GS14F0035K and all reference IDVs.
