"Contracting Office Agency ID" field allows more than 4 characters |
The FPDS application shall be corrected to limit entry in the “Contracting Office Agency ID” field to four (4) characters. Currently, when a user creates a new Award of Indefinite Delivery Vehicle through the Web Portal, a value with more than four (4) characters can be entered in this data field.
The “Funding Office ID” field prevents entry of more than four (4) characters, and the “Contracting Office Agency ID” field should impose the same limit. |

Validation Rule 9N01 does not display error message on 'Validate' or 'Correct' for Other Transaction Awards when no value is selected for "Consortia" |
The FPDS application shall be corrected so that Validation Rule 9N01 displays the message below when the user attempts to validate an Other Transaction Agreement or an Other Transaction Order, and NO value was selected for the "Consortia" data element. The same message shall display when the user corrects a finalized Other Transaction Agreement or Other Transaction Order, removes the “Consortia” value, and clicks ‘Save.’
- 9N01: "Consortia" is required for Other Transactions.
Currently, Other Transaction Awards with NO value selected for the “Consortia” data element can be successfully validated. Additionally, when the user corrects an Other Transaction Award, removes the “Consortia” value, and clicks ‘Save,’ the prior value is retained.
