The FPDS application will be updated so the corrected value for 8Q will propagate to all referencing BPAs when the FSS is corrected. When an FSS is corrected and there is a referencing BPA which also has referencing BPA Calls, then the value for Domestic or Foreign Entity (8Q) is being removed from the Calls. The FPDS application will be updated so the value for 8Q is not removed on part8 BPA Calls when the FSS is corrected and the new value for 8Q is propagated to those Calls. A total of 143,742 records on Production FPDS are impacted and will be updated via a Data Management update. |

The consortia value reverts back to "Select one" on modify | This is a defect fix to resolve the issue when a user clicks ‘Modify’, then leaves (for example) one required value empty, and then clicks 'Save Draft'. The Consortia option value will change to "Select One", but once all required values are filled and the user clicks 'Save Draft' again, it reverts to "Yes". This bug is reproducible with OT Awards record types (Order and Agreement).
The FPDS Application shall be updated so the Consortia value will match the value the user selected. |

However, per the Data Dictionary, this field is only required when ‘Interagency Contracting Authority’ is "Other Statutory Authority". This fix will mark the ‘Other Interagency Contracting Statutory Authority’ data element in black text and remove the asterisk to be consistent with the IDV screen and the Data Dictionary functionality. |
