The business goal of the “Competition Based on Obligations Report” is to provide a summary report that displays the total dollars and contract actions awarded by each Department and to identify the extent of competition as a percentage of each category. The report provides for workflow details on the reason awards are not competed, task and delivery orders against multiple award contract vehicles subject to fair opportunity, and detail on discrete contract awards. |
