Listed below are the data management fixes that was completed on November 20, 2009:

FPDSHD-61116 The PBSA value in Version 1.3 award modifications was not identical to Version 1.3 base documents. 8885 Awards and 665 IDVs were updated so that the PBSA value in Version 1.3 award modifications is identical to Version 1.3 base documents.
FPDSHD-62667 The user tried to do a vendor address change (Novation) on IDV GS14F0035K (FN01). The system is currently not allowing the user to perform the operation because 300,000 awards are referencing the IDV.
  • The IDV GS14F0035K (FN01) novation was finalized.
  • The vendor was updated on all subsequent IDV modifications and all reference IDVs.
  • 300,000 awards updated with the new vendor which includes the awards that was referencing IDV GS14F0035K and all reference IDVs.
