How to Report a Voided Document

Introduction

The Void function allows you to report an Award or Indefinite Delivery Vehicle that was voided.  The Award or Indefinite Delivery Vehicle must already exist in FPDS-NG.

 

Note: Voiding a document cancels its associated PIID and therefore it cannot be used again.

Steps:
  1. From the Navigation screen, under the logo, click .

  1. Enter the Award/IDV ID:  Agency Code and the PIID.

  2. Enter any other search criteria.

  3. Click .

  4. Click the document you want.

  5. Click .
