How to Report a Voided Document

Introduction

This function is used to void an Award or Indefinite Delivery Vehicle in FPDS-NG.  When a document is voided the information on the document is removed in every section except for the General Information section.  The General Information section stores the PIID (Procurement Instrument Identifier). The PIID for the voided document cannot be reused.

 

Note: Voiding a document cancels its associated PIID and therefore it cannot be used again.

Steps:

  1. From the Navigation screen, under the logo, click .

  1. Enter the Award/IDV ID:  Agency Code and the PIID.

  2. Enter any other search criteria.

  3. Click .

  4. Click the document you want.

  5. Click .
