The Government Office function is used to track contract awards for offices that are not established as a Contracting Office. Government Offices are referenced in the Award document section in FPDS-NG as the Funding Office.
The System Administrator uses the Government Office Maintenance screen to create, update, and delete Government Offices.
From the Navigation screen,
under
System Administration, click
.
Enter the Office ID and the Office Name. You may enter other search criteria.
Click
.
To select the Office, click
located in the Select field.
