The System Administrator uses the Government Offices Maintenance screen to create, update, and delete Government Offices.
From the Navigation screen,

System Administration, click
.
Enter the Office ID and the Office Name.
Enter the Agency ID associated with this office. The system enters the Agency Name field after the Agency ID field is completed.
Enter a Region Code for the location of this office.
Enter a Start Date.
Leave the End Date field blank. Entering a date in the End Date field will disable the Contracting Office when the date is current.
Enter the street address for the Contracting Office in address 1. Address 2 and 3 are used for PO Box, or suite.
Enter the Country Code. The Country Name is system filled.
Enter the City, State, and Zip Code for the Contracting Office.
