Contracting Office Report

This report is an Administrative Report by Department that displays the respective Contracting Offices information. This report is ideal for answering this type of business question:

How many Contracting Offices does Department Of Defense operate with, to effectively discharge its responsibilities? How many of them have ceased to operate (In-Active)? How many of them are both Funding Offices and Contracting Offices?

For instance, the System Administrator for the GSA can find who is registered in FPDS-NG with privileges as a contracting officer and verify whether have full or partial rights.

Entering the Search Criteria

To see the report, enter the following values in the criteria fields:

If you wish to save the search criteria screen with customized information rename the Search Name field from “Default” to an appropriate label for the customized criteria screen. When you have completed this step click. The saved search criteria will be displayed as a link under the original report link in the My Reports section. Otherwise, leave this field as “Default.”

Department ID

Ø      Department ID of the user - This field will be defaulted to user's Department ID.

Agency ID

Ø      Agency ID of the user - This field will be defaulted to user's Agency ID.

Contracting Office Region

Ø      Contracting Office Region values will be selected by the user based on the privileges of the user and his/her corresponding Department and Agency.

Contracting Office ID

Ø      Contracting Office ID values will be selected by the user based on the privileges of the user and his/her corresponding Department and Agency.

Office Type

Funding Office

Ø      Office Type corresponds to whether a Contracting Office is a Contracting Office or a Funding Office or both.

From Created Date

10/01/2003

Ø      Start date for Fiscal Year 2004.

Ø      Users should enter the date in "mm/dd/yyyy" format

Ø      Note: There is a maximum of 12 month search for data.

To Created Date

09/30/2004

Ø      End date for Fiscal Year 2004.

Ø      Users should enter the date in "mm/dd/yyyy" format

Ø      Note: There is a maximum of 12 month search for data.
