From the FPDS Navigation
screen, under the System Administration (
logo), click the Data Owernship module function 
.
The Data Ownership function allows you to lock fields on Award and IDV documents. This function is used in conjunction with a contract writing system that is integrated with FPDS. The Agency System Administrator can selectively lock fields for their respective Agency when sending data through the Graphical User Interface (GUI) to FPDS.
From the FPDS Navigation
screen, under the System Administration ( logo), click the Data Owernship module function .
Choose a type of Award/IDV
to configure Field Disabling.
Select the fields to be
disabled by clicking the 
next to each applicable data element.
Save the configured settings
by clicking
