There are changes in the Service Pack 12.0 deployment that can impact you:

1. Name change for Product or Service Codes (PSC)
There are 2009 PSC that have a name change effective October 1, 2011. Please update the contracts with the latest PSC names that have a signed between October 1, 2011 and October 8, 2011.

Please refer to "SamePSC-DiffDescription" worksheet under https://www.fpds.gov/downloads/PSC-Crosswalk.xls
 
2. Description change for "Use of Recovered Materials" value
Description for "Use of Recovered Materials" code 'C' has been updated from 'No clauses Included’ to 'No Clauses Included and No Sustainability Included'. This impacts all data that has a code of 'C'.
 
3. Agency name change for DHS and DOI agencies
This impacts all data using the below agencies as the Contracting Agency Code or Funding Agency Code. Please update your repositories with the new names to be in sync with FPDS-NG.
