Validation rule 10A21A is incorrectly firing on Part 8 BPAs because of the Use Cases for the following data elements “Solicitation Procedures,” “Type of Set Aside,” and “Other than Full and Open Competition.” Competition values are propagated and the user cannot change them. Rule 10A21A should not fire on a Part 8 BPA.

The above rule shall not fire on Part 8 BPAs.

Inconsistent behavior with validation rule 2A01 when entering a Date Signed with a value of 1 to 3 characters. When a year is entered with 1 to 3 values a generic system error is displayed instead of the correct validation rule text. The correct validation rule is as follows: “The “Date Signed” is not a valid date.” Validation rule 2A01 shall fire when an invalid date is entered, regardless of the number of characters in the year: “The “Date Signed” is not a valid date.” Yes

Validation rule 4004 follows: “The value “<value>” for Data Element “Subcontract Plan” is invalid.” Validation rule 4004 shall be suppressed on Novation, Rerepresentation, and Rerepresentation of non-Novated Merger/Acquisition modifications on the Subcontract Plan field: “The value “<value>” for Data Element “Subcontract Plan” is invalid.”
