| FPDSHD-89904 | On the Other Transaction Awards (Other Transaction Order and Other Transaction Agreement), the following errors are received when ‘STAD00’ is used as the “Contracting Office” and ‘SCST’ is used as the “Funding Office”:
1. Contracting Office ID must be an office that belongs to DoD or DHS. 2. The value "SCST" for Data Element "Funding Requesting Office ID" is invalid. On the Other Transaction IDVs, message 1 (as shown above) is being displayed.

For the software fix:
1. On valid/active Funding Offices, FPDS-NG shall not display validation errors that they are not valid. 2. On valid/active Contracting Offices, FPDS-NG shall not display validation errors that they are not valid. Note: Contracting Office ID must be an office that belongs to DoD or DHS (OT4B01) shall be suppressed. 3. On inactive/invalid Funding Offices, FPDS-NG shall continue to display validation errors to state the same. 4. On inactive/invalid Contracting Offices, FPDS-NG shall continue to display validation errors to state the same. |
