FPDSHD-64205	The value ‘BSDF’ will be removed from Contracts for the below data elements National Interest Action Code Commercial Item Test Program Local Area Set Aside	Around 426,000 updates
FPDSHD-72202, 83129, 86488	For Awards where “PSC code” starts with 89, “Place of Manufacture” will be updated to ‘Not a manufactured end product’ if it is not already.	Around 297,475 updates
