Updated ‘Fair Opportunity/Limited Sources’ on Post CLOD Delivery Order Referencing Multiple IDV to ‘No Exception - Fair Opportunity given’ if ‘Fair Opportunity/Limited Sources’ is blank and extent competed is ‘Full and Open Competition’ or ‘Full and Open Competition after exclusion of sources’.
